Cupping Technique to Relieve Headaches

To relieve tension headaches and promote healthy eyes, try this yoga eye cupping technique-

Rub clean hands together to create warmth, then cup palms over eyes for a few minutes.

Take several deep, relaxing breaths.

When ready, remove hands then gently open eyes to reintroduce light slowly.
