Leading Zen in the Zone Yoga at Metlife Stadium was one of the most exciting events as a professional yoga and wellness instructor that I have taken part in.
Fellow instructors and great friends that I had the pleasure of making from Hackensack Meridian Fitness & Wellness and I taught classes with NFL players, kids and our own friends and families who attended.
What fun!
