How have you supported your cardiovascular health today?
There are several effective ways to give your heart some good lovin’:
- Eat more dark green veggies and bright red/deep purple and blue fruits/veggies (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and beets), fatty fish and walnuts.
- Do cardiovascular fitness exercise for 30 minutes a day 3-5x/week. This can be walking, jogging, running, cycling, dancing, swimming, e.t.c
- Take some deep, conscious breaths and practice yoga or stretching for 30 minutes 2-4x/week.
