For Me: Why did I begin Mary Golden Wellness?
I had my last day of putting myself last. I remember deep in my bones the feeling of constant self-abandonment- choosing everyone else to avoid asking the ‘tough questions’, like, “What do I really want/need right now”?
I felt it in my yoga teaching and my transition to motherhood, so many of us are still waiting for permission to Own our Worth and be the Leaders in our Lives!
Life as a wellness coach has empowered me to support others on a path of health, healing & happiness.
For You:
You are here, It is now. Today is the youngest you’ll ever be. It’s another day closer to getting sicker, better or creating a life you deserve and desire. Weed out the stress and the good stuff has room to grow.
I love supporting my clients as they reach beyond the limitations that once had them feeling frozen in grief, pain, stress, anxiety, judgement and fear.
You are confident, courageous and compassionate. I know because these are the types of people I attract. You deserve to trust your guts, your feelings, your decisions and I can hold you accountable… you got this, Goddess!

When a woman rises, the world rises with her. There is room for you. Even when it doesn’t feel like it. There is space, in the world, in your home, your relationships. But the plot twist that no one wants to hear – it starts in your heart!
You rise by honoring your truth. Learning the power of showing up for your self-care… over again and again and again, as a priority and a commitment.
Building unshakable trust, in your body, your mind and your spirit.
You know you are worthy, it is your birthright and yet, there’s still a world where we’re tiptoeing around trying to ‘not hurt anyone’s feelings’ or telling your kids to take care of themselves when you’re not fully owning this in your life.
When we build ourselves up, we give others permission to do the same. It is time to Rise and Shine Together, Ladies!
