How do you want to feel this year?
This week at yoga, we’ll build upon how we want to feel this year and put to use Micro-Goals throughout our practice. Micro-goals are small and specific so they’re easier to reach than hefty lifestyle goals.
Even if you haven’t come to a ME-Time Yoga Class yet, this is your chance to join in and start making progress toward your self-care commitments. In each pose, we will set a micro-goal based on some of the top priorities of wellness right now – feeling healthy, happy, secure and capable. Build confidence and skills by simplifying your 2021 goals and feeling great through a short, focused and relaxing yoga practice for all levels!
