How are you feeling? Perhaps there is something specific that influences your physical health or stress levels lately.
For example, dealing with the results of an injury or autoimmune condition can vastly influence the way you approach your wellness routine, seeking new ways to feel safe and supported in our bodies and minds.
Being pregnant (and getting bigger by the day ;)) again reminds me of the special needs we all have; whether it’s a challenge with weight or injury, disease or stress… Everyone has got something going on and it’s important to honor that, rather than to use it as an excuse or feel ashamed.
In light of our ever-evolving need to feel supported and have the energy and integrity to support others, tomorrow night’s 30-minute ME-TIME Virtual Yoga class will be a CHAIR YOGA practice. starting at 7pm.
All you need is yourself and a chair (although partners/pets are welcome too ;)) Log onto my ZOOM ROOM at 6:50pm so we can say hello, introduce and I can get to know where you need support most, in terms of your physical health and mental well-being. All are welcome! PM me for the link ❤
