A friend asked for some neck and shoulder love, so I made her this short video to offer some gentle stretches to help open these often tense areas.

This is a short, 10-minute practice to help ease tension and give relief to tight necks and shoulders. No equipment needed besides a comfortable chair or seat and your hands.
