Learn what poses and blends promote energy and invigorate the mind and body and which shapes and oils aid a peaceful night’s sleep.
After an hour of mindful movement with a restorative relaxation that offers all the little luxuries (eye towel, shoulder press, temple massage), participants will re-awaken ready to create their own take-home personalized essential oil blend.
Mary will also teach the group about oil safety, efficacy and therapeutic uses. Snacks, Tea and Natural recipes will be included.
